With over 30 years of experience in the accounting, tax, finance and HR
fields, Phoelicia has helped hundreds of companies. She has used her
interpersonal relationship strengths to help build organizations literally from
the ground up… From registering for a company name with the Secretary of
State, to working extended pro-formas for that same company 10 years later:
Again and again, she has been able to implement policy and procedures to
improve the long term success of business.

Phoelicia is an entrepreneur herself. She began AF Business Solutions, Inc in
2009 to specifically help individuals who wanted to build a business but were
afraid or just weren’t sure the legal and financial steps. Phoelicia partnered
with individuals and helped guide their decision making, and today she is
proud that each of those companies in which she fostered growth and
potential are still thriving.

Phoelicia was born in Fayetteville, NC and then raised in Athens and
Milledgeville, Georgia. Phoelicia attended Weslyan College in Macon and
Georgia College in Milledgeville. She moved to Denver, CO where she earned
her Bachelors in Psychology and Accounting.

Phoelicia and her husband Rich live in Athens, GA on a little piece of heaven
called “The Farm”. Their lives revolve around their five adult children and
three dogs.
